For International Orders : Prices shown do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are payable upon delivery.

If a customer refuses a package due to customs fees, the order is considered refused, and the initial shipping costs as well as the return costs will be deducted from the refund.

Store Pickup :

Free. In order to collect your order in store you must present identification matching the name on the order, otherwise your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
